Fresh Oats!

A healthy breakfast is a great way to start your day.  There are many options to choose from.  Fresh oatmeal and/or a wellness shake are easy options.  Today we will talk about fresh oatmeal.

Make sure your oats are 100% Natural and boiled in water for best results.  You can add any healthy flavors of honey, cinnamon, raisins, fruit, or whatever suits you best.

Oats are good for a healthy heart and they are a good source for energy.  You also get your healthy carbohydrate, iron, protein and fiber from oats.  Almost no sugar, no salt, and no added ingredients.  Simply boil hot water on a stove, add oats and stir.

Tip:  Add flavored protein mix into your oats.  Now you have a power meal!
